Property Resale Services

Professional brokerage and conveyancing services facilitating secondary market real estate transactions in accordance with Dubai Land Department and RERA regulations.

Selling a ready or off-plan property on Dubai's secondary market follows a clear legal sequence regulated by the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA. Every sale begins with verifying your Title Deed or Oqood certificate, benchmarking recent DLD transfers in the building, and signing RERA Form A digitally on the Dubai REST app to issue the official Madmoun QR marketing permit.

Once an offer is agreed with a qualified cash or pre-approved mortgage buyer, both parties sign the unified sale contract—RERA Form F (Memorandum of Understanding)—via UAE PASS, and the buyer lodges a 10% security deposit cheque held in trust until transfer day.

From there, our conveyancing team handles the paperwork between banks, developers, and utility providers: requesting your Bank Liability Letter and handling Property Blocking if the unit is mortgaged, clearing RERA Mollak service charges and DEWA/chiller bills to obtain the Developer No Objection Certificate (NOC), and preparing the final Manager's Cheque statement for your appointment at the DLD Registration Trustee office.

How it works

  1. 1

Valuation & RERA Form A mandate

We check recent DLD transaction records in your community to agree on pricing, verify your Title Deed or Oqood, and sign RERA Form A digitally via Dubai REST / UAE PASS.

  2. 2

Buyer qualification & Form F (MoU)

We verify the buyer's cash funds or bank mortgage pre-approval, draft RERA Form F (Unified Contract F), and hold the buyer's 10% security deposit cheque.

  3. 3

    Mortgage clearance & Developer NOC

If the home is mortgaged, we coordinate the Bank Liability Letter and mortgage release. Both parties then complete the Developer NOC after clearing service charges, DEWA, and chiller accounts.

  4. 4

    DLD Registration Trustee transfer

We audit all Manager's Cheques 24 hours in advance and attend the DLD Registration Trustee office with both parties (or POA representatives) to hand over your sale proceeds and issue the new Title Deed.
